Vitamin C vs Vitamin D
The other day I told someone I needed some vitamin C in my life. They said, Just go sit in the sun. I was so confused. Realization kicked in, they confused Vitamin C with Vitamin D. 
Vitamin D is the sun Vitamin. It strengthens your natural defenses and helps regulate a normal immune system. Vitamin C can help fight off infections and it boost your immune system to help absorb other nutrients.
The thing about them both, you need them. Sometimes they work better together. Sometimes, you only need one and not the other. In my case, I need to be eating an orange (Vitamin C) while sitting on the beach (Vitamin D).
